After the Phase I ESA and/or Phase II ESA, we are oftentimes called upon to provide followup remediation services, remediation cost estimation and/or construction management. |

Nova additionally provides environmental consulting sevices for issues such as groundwater monitoring, stormwater planning/sampling, soil gas surveys, air permitting, water permitting, methane management, hazardous materials/hazardous waste management, NPDES permitting, RCRA permitting, Business Plans, underground storage tank assessment and removal, peer reviews, geologic hazard assessments and geophysical surveys. We also work closely with firms that provide EIR/EIS services and can package our services. |

Industrial hygiene is the final component of the Nova suite of services. We provide I.H. consulting with regard to issues associated with asbestos, lead, chemical exposure, and workplace safety. The Nova team also has extensive experience with fungal (mold) assessments and the associated issues of mold abatement design and remediation oversight. Lastly, radon gas assessment is a service often provided by Nova to homebuyers and others in need of this type of evaluation. |
